Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Billinghurst Larder store, purchases of our shelf-stable food and any Larder Club membership. By ordering, you accept them.

About us

The store is operated by BILLINGHURST LIMITED, 82/6 Harrison Gardens, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH11 1SB, United Kingdom. Contact support@billhurst.shop or +44 7650348678. All prices are in USD and we ship worldwide.

What we sell

We sell curated, shelf-stable gourmet food: coffee, tea, spice blends, sauces, chocolate, snacks, breakfast items, preserves and gift hampers. We do not sell alcohol, tobacco, chilled or fresh goods, supplements or any product carrying a medical or health claim.

Food safety and allergens

Every product lists its ingredients and allergen statement on the product page and printed pack. You are responsible for checking suitability for you and anyone you serve, including allergies, intolerances and portion size. Our products are food, not dietary supplements, and we make no medical, weight-loss, therapeutic or health-benefit claims. Store items as directed and observe the printed best-before date.

Product images and batches

Product photography is illustrative. Actual packaging, batch and appearance may vary. Weight, ingredients and origin stated on the product page and pack label prevail. Limited and seasonal items have finite stock and may sell out.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors or stock issues) and will refund any payment taken. Prices and shipping thresholds are shown at checkout in USD.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. See the Privacy Policy for the payment boundary.

Membership (Larder Club)

Larder Club and Larder Reserve are recurring USD subscriptions billed via Stripe. They are pure membership benefits — no credits or stored value — and apply only while active. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade or cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; a Reserve quarterly box already dispatched is not refundable.

Delivery, returns and refunds

See our Shipping, Returns and Refund policies, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Our recipes, blends, hampers, text and imagery are original and owned by us. Nothing we sell copies, replicates or imitates any third-party brand, and we make no claim of association with or endorsement by any third party.

Acceptable use and liability

Use of the store is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Minors

You must be 13 or older to use the store. Customers aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent and supervision to order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. We may update these terms; the version shown when you order applies.
