This policy sets out how you may and may not use the Billinghurst Larder store and the products you buy from us.

General conduct
Use the store lawfully and honestly. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, its checkout or its systems, and do not submit false or fraudulent order or payment information.
Resale and limited drops
Our products are sold for personal and gifting use, and to approved wholesale customers. Do not misrepresent our goods, and do not use limited or member-only drops for fraudulent resale or deceptive reselling. We may limit quantities or decline orders that appear to breach this policy.
No counterfeiting or brand imitation
Our recipes, blends, hampers and imagery are original. You may not pass off, copy or imitate them, and you may not use our materials to imply a false association with any third party. We likewise do not imitate or claim association with any third-party brand.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, product descriptions and branding — is owned by BILLINGHURST LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Do not reproduce it commercially without permission.
Food use
Products are shelf-stable food for ordinary culinary use. Do not represent them as supplements, medicines or as having health, therapeutic or weight-loss benefits. Follow the ingredient, allergen and storage information on each pack.
Enforcement
