Shipping & Delivery Policy
Everything we sell is shelf-stable, so we ship worldwide without a cold chain. This policy explains processing times, carriers, costs and cross-border food rules.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide to the countries selectable at checkout. All goods are ambient, shelf-stable food that does not require refrigeration in transit.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Gift hampers and seasonal items may take an extra day to assemble. You receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships.
Delivery estimates and carriers
We use reputable postal and courier carriers. Typical delivery windows after dispatch: 2–5 business days domestically and 5–15 business days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs and local conditions.
Shipping cost (USD)
Shipping is a flat USD rate shown at checkout and is free on orders over $60. Larder Club and Larder Reserve members receive free worldwide shipping while their membership is active.
Customs, duties and food import limits
Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and food-clearance charges set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Some countries restrict the import of certain foods (for example, honey, dairy-containing or nut products). It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the items ordered can be lawfully imported; where an item is held or refused by customs, our returns and refund terms apply to the goods only, not to duties already charged.
Stock, delays and lost parcels
If an item is out of stock we will contact you with options. If a parcel is delayed beyond the expected window, or appears lost, contact support@billhurst.shop and we will investigate with the carrier and resend or refund as appropriate.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or short-dated, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace or refund the affected items at our cost. See the Returns Policy.
